Cancellation can be done when the order is still pending for merchant acceptance. Once the order is confirmed/accepted by the merchant, orders cannot be modified.
If cancellation is really required after merchant acceptance, kindly contact the support center. Cancellation is subject to Merchant’s cancellation policy and any applicable fees.
