Can I cancel my order?

Order can usually be cancelled before the merchant accepted the order. This can be done by following the steps below:

  1. Go to main screen and scroll to Your Orders section to view all in progress orders.
  2. Select Cancel for the order you want to cancel.
  3. You will be prompted to confirm the cancellation.
  4. Click OK to cancel.

If the order has been accepted by the merchant, cancellation may be possible before the merchant begins preparing the food. To cancel at this stage, kindly contact our support center for assistance. Once the preparation started, cancellation may no longer be possible.
